Description: The management intern will play a crucial role in assisting with the day-to-day operations of Nutslane Organics. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of startup management while contributing to the success of a rapidly growing company.
1. Communicate with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service
2. Manage incoming and outgoing emails, including responding to inquiries, forwarding messages to appropriate team members, and organizing correspondence
3. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls for management team members, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared
4. Collaborate with other team members to support various projects and initiatives, providing administrative assistance and contributing to team objectives
5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meeting minutes, and other relevant documentation to support decision-making and accountability
