Job Description: Seeking an HR intern at The Media Ant to execute special projects. The contribution in this role is pivotal in our growing, people-centric organization, with a high impact on business success.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on exciting HR assignments in the area of learning and development
2. Design process collateral for key processes such as succession planning, individual development plans, career development, etc.
3. Work closely with the VP HR and the rest of the HR team
