About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Training and fine-tuning state-of-the-art LLMs using techniques like few-shot learning and domain adaptation
2. Evaluating LLM performance through metrics like perplexity, BLEU scores, and human evaluation, as well as addressing potential issues like biases and hallucinations
3. Analyzing and exploring large text datasets to identify patterns, trends, and use cases for LLM applications, ensuring data quality and relevance
4. Learning and professional development through code reviews, training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as researchers, product managers, and software engineers, to integrate and deploy LLM-based applications effectively
6. Collaborating with senior engineers on data pre-processing and model architecture development
6. Communicating complex technical concepts clearly, both in written and verbal form, to diverse audiences within the organization

Other requirements

1. Masters, graduates, or students in computer science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or a related field.

2. A solid grasp of programming languages, particularly Python, and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

3. Familiarity with machine learning concepts and algorithms, including large language models, deep learning, and natural language processing.

4. Knowledge of code version control, debugging, testing, and deployment to ensure scalable and maintainable codebases.

5. Understanding of Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) practices, such as continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) for machine learning models, to effectively manage the lifecycle management of machine learning systems.

6. Conceptual understanding of distributed & scalable cloud storage, compute & ML services. Bonus if the candidate has implementation experience leveraging services from at least one cloud services provider (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).

7. A solid grasp of neural network architectures like CNN, RNN, and sophisticated models leveraging Transformer architectures like BERT, GPT, Claude, etc.
