We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling daily chat interactions with customers promptly and professionally.
2. Assisting customers in navigating our website and placing orders
3. Resolving customer complaints and concerns efficiently and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
4. Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, shipping, and delivery
5. Guiding customers through the returns and replacement process, ensuring a seamless experience
6. Maintain a high level of chat quality by adhering to company guidelines and standards.
7. Collaborating with other team members to handle cross-functional tasks and ensure smooth operations
8. Keeping abreast of product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
