As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Resort Team Development Executive.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in training and developing resort team members to ensure high levels of customer service
2. Implement strategies to improve team performance and motivation
3. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create customized development plans
4. Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement
5. Organize team-building activities and events to boost morale and strengthen team cohesion
6. Assist in monitoring guest feedback and implementing improvements based on feedback
7. Support the resort team development executive in various projects and initiatives to drive overall team success
