About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in all office-related maintenance activities like housekeeping, facility maintenance, electricity, water, guest house, etc.
2. Assisting Vendor Management, forecasting, and planning all purchases related to office administration and IT like equipment, AMCs, supplies, and other purchases.
3. Assisting in organizing company events.
4. Supporting executive travel plans and bookings when necessary.
5. Supporting other teams in day-to-day admin activities.
6. Assisting in maintaining and tracking the administration & IT budget.
