Campaign Delivery Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Outreach to Training and Placement Officers and college students: Initiate contact with training and placement officers & students of various colleges via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages to introduce them to an exclusive campaign by Quaker and encourage their college's participation
2. College Registration and Application Drive: Drive the registration of colleges for this campaign by providing the necessary information and materials. Encourage colleges to promote the campaign among their students and facilitate the application process
3. Rigorous Follow-Up: Conduct persistent follow-ups with training and placement officers and students to ensure timely completion of college registrations and applications. Address any queries or concerns they may have and provide necessary support throughout the process
4. Data Curation: Gather contact details of training and placement officers from external websites. Maintain an updated database of contacts for efficient communication and outreach
5. Reporting and Analysis: Track the daily progress of college registrations and applications regularly. Prepare reports detailing the outreach efforts, response rates, and any challenges encountered during the campaign delivery process. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement
