International Internship Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the end-to-end operational planning and execution of the Global Immersion program, including logistics, accommodation, transportation, and the scheduling of events and activities
2. Coordinate with vendors, speakers, and partners to ensure all program elements are aligned and executed according to plan
3. Manage registrations, communications, and queries from participants, providing timely and accurate information to ensure a positive experience
4. Support the creation and distribution of program materials, such as schedules, brochures, and informational packets
5. Facilitate smooth on-site operations during the program, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise
6. Collect and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in future iterations of the program
7. Collaborate with the Ureka team and contribute to the continuous enhancement of the GIP

Note: Applicant should have a passport and is willing to travel internationally.
