2. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
3. Support HR team in organizing training programs and events for staff development.
4. Help in creating and updating HR documents, such as job descriptions and performance evaluations.
5. Collaborate with other departments to address employee queries and concerns.
6. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on HR metrics and initiatives.
