1. Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
2. Providing support to human resources business partners
3. Processing documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
4. Coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)
5. Ensuring & supporting admin and operational people & culture processes
6. Driving an effective & timely onboarding experience for all new joiners
7. Supporting and actively participate in talent development initiatives implemented (i.e. performance assessment, career paths, comp & ben, etc.)
8. Supporting and work on payroll processes, delivering on time and with an efficient process
9. Assisting with implementing all Human Resources activities which include, but are not limited to employee engagement and relations, talent, and performance management
10. Using internal channels to effectively communicate policies, benefits, etc. that aid in employee growth and retention
