Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
2. Support our employee engagement initiatives by organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee surveys
3. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
4. Help with maintaining employee records and data, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations
5. Contribute to employee development and training programs by coordinating workshops, seminars, and online learning platforms
6. Support HR projects, such as performance management, talent acquisition, and diversity and inclusion initiatives
7. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing HR documents
