We are looking for an HR - recruiter intern for Baner, Pune. Only female candidates can apply.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source and recruit candidates by using databases/job portals/social media
2. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
3. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.
4. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
5. Work on assessing the applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 4th May'24 and 8th Jun'24
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Pune and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
