Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage with potential clients in person, via phone, email, or online platforms.
2. Understand client needs, preferences, and budget constraints to offer suitable property options.
3. Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing concerns.
4. Accompany clients on property tours, highlighting key features and benefits.
5. Utilize visual aids (brochures) and digital tools to showcase properties effectively.
6. Leverage social media platforms and online forums to connect with potential clients and promote company services.
