About Alchemy Of Organization Development
Alchemy is the medieval art of turning base metal into gold. Like all myths, it holds several keys to transformation. The modern alchemy of organization development (OD) is the near-magical process of progressively transforming an individual, group, or organization to reach hitherto unreachable goals. It is a system conceptualized, developed, and delivered by Neha.
The modern alchemy of OD is the process of progressively empowering and transforming an individual, group, or organization from within to reach their goals. It is a system whereby Neha, using herself as an instrument of change coupled with advanced facilitation, has been creating psychologically safe spaces for people and organizations to explore themselves in their wholeness, including their positive core, life-giving forces, and unconscious side.
