The field sales associate will play a crucial role in scouting potential business locations, negotiating lease terms, and conducting thorough research to support our expansion plans. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct field trips to multiple locations in Bangalore to assess suitability for new small business operations according to specified guidelines
2. Engage with property owners to gather detailed information on rent, lease agreements, and other relevant terms
3. Utilize online tools and resources to support field research and gather additional data as necessary

5. Ability to conduct comprehensive online and field research
6. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions
7. Familiarity with the Bangalore area and its commercial real estate market is a plus
8. Should have scooter or bike, fuel will be provided
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per quality of performance).
