About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks
2. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews, communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, and provide necessary information about the company and the role
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
5. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of candidate information
6. Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team throughout the recruitment process
7. Work on drafting job descriptions, preparing offer letters, and conducting reference checks
8. Assist in promoting Lenovo s employer brand through various channels, including social media, career fairs, and networking events
9. Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to understand talent needs and priorities
10. Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve recruitment processes and strategies
11. Help create engaging content to attract top talent
