1. Hands-on experience with Flutterflow/Glide or full stack development, including app design, development, and deployment.
2. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles to create user-friendly interfaces.
3. Strong understanding of databases (preferably Firebase), frameworks, and data management within the tech stack
4. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
