Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Candidate profile development: Assisting in creating and refining candidate profiles by gathering information on their skills, experiences, and career goals through interviews and assessments.
2. Application strategy development: Collaborating with senior team members to devise tailored application strategies for candidates, including resume and cover letter customization, based on their profiles and target industries.
3. Application submission: Managing the submission of job applications on behalf of candidates, ensuring that all required documents are accurate, complete, and submitted within specified deadlines.
4. Application tracking: Maintaining organized records of all job applications, tracking their status and outcomes, and providing regular updates to candidates on the progress of their applications.
5. Research and targeting: Researching to identify potential job opportunities that align with candidates' qualifications and preferences, keeping abreast of industry trends and job market developments.
