About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Ensure timely submission and accuracy of consolidated management and statutory reports
2. Do preparation of product costing, review BOM, and ensure proper mapping and updates
3. Ensure consistency of accounting standards that are aligned with statutory policies
4. Ensure proper controls and governance are integral to the culture of the finance and leadership team
5. Ensure preparation and reconciliation of R-1 and 3B data every month
6. Ensure preparation of 2B/2A reconciliation every quarter
7. Handle fixed asset accounting, CAPEX, depreciation/amortization, etc.
8. Monitor of FA register along with asset coding
9. Prepare a report for FA addition/retirement
10. Prepare and analyze of monthly payroll report
11. Ensure to deduct the correct TDS amount and deposit (Sec 192,194 etc)
12. Manage bank reconciliation with books of account
13. Ensure proper inventory management as per the company norms
14. Know the closing of books of accounts
15. Prepare DP report as per bank requirement
16. Ensure the preparation of MIS, and PL accounts every month
17. Ensure preparation of variance analysis report along with HOD
18. Prepare required documents for tax audit
19. Ensure preparation of financial data and profitability reports and analysis ensuring all internal and external reporting obligations are met
20. Do financial statement reviews, key performance indicators, and analysis, margin reconciliations, and monthly business unit and preparation of segment report
21. Work closely with the team to provide insight and recommendations on the financial aspects of the business to the respective management teams to optimize performance.
22. Participates in cost and pricing strategies to optimize commercial aspects of proposals

Requirements:

1. Having sound knowledge in AR/AP analysis along with reconciliation
2. Knowledge in preparation of GST documentation
3. Preferable good knowledge of GST departmental Audit
4. Knowledge in the calculation of WIP/CWIP etc.
5. Knowing filing statutory returns on time -PF, ESI, PT
6. Should be sound knowledge in preparation for TDS return
7. Knowledge to handle Management Audit/Internal Audit.
8. Knowledge in preparation of data/ report for Statutory Audit etc. and analysis ensuring all internal and external reporting obligations are met
9. Having Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
10. Ownership of ledger review and reconciliation every month
