5. Make outbound calls to customers for follow-up, updates, and issue resolution
6. Provide proactive support and gather feedback to enhance customer satisfaction
7. Communicate relevant information and promotions effectively
8. Respond to customer emails in a timely and courteous manner
9. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through written communication
10. Ensure accurate and professional email responses
11. Respond to customer queries on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, email, Reddit, Quora, and calls
12. Work on solving their concern and suggesting appropriate Soulflower products
13. Help customers to place orders on the website
14. Explain how to use the correct usage of products
15. Work on upselling & suggesting products, current schemes, and discounts to customers
16. Work on calling & chatting with customers for their feedback and asking for before & after pictures or reel feedback
