1. Take responsibility for all accounting matters such as AR, AP, and GL to ensure the accounting books accurately reflect the company's financial position by GAAP/Ind AS
2. Control accounts payable and account receivables
3. Work on implementing finance policies set by the management/corporate office
4. Take care of all the functions of finance operations
5. Ensure strong control over revenue through various means and channels, and reconciliation
6. Utilize working knowledge of GST India provisions for input credit, HSN/SAC codes, tax rates, invoicing rules, GST monthly, yearly filings, and 2B reconciliations
7. Work on day-to-day banking operations and fund planning & reporting to management
8. Ensure statutory compliances, including verification, calculation payment & filing of returns, e.g., GST, TDS, etc.
Requirements:
1. Possess strong work ethics and good interpersonal and communication (written & oral) skills
2. Good analytical skills, embrace challenges & changes, initiative, and have a positive working attitude
3. Working knowledge of GST India provisions for input credit, HSN/SAC codes, tax rates, invoicing rules, GST monthly, yearly filings, and 2B reconciliations
4. Working knowledge of TDS provisions, including the different sections under which TDS is deducted, TDS returns, and various TDS rates; experience in quarterly and year-end e-TDS filings
5. Hands-on experience with accounting software
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities

3. Experience in core accounting & finance managerial role in an IT/ technology/ SaaS firm
