2. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
3. Providing product information and assistance to customers
4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
6. Assisting in developing our backend based on feedback received from students.
7. Supporting students in accessing resources and services to enhance their academic experience.
8. Communicating regularly with students to address any concerns or challenges they may face.
9. Contributing to the overall success of the academy by actively participating in team meetings and sharing ideas for continuous improvement.
