As an operations associate at Karmic Seed, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations. Your expertise in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides, as well as your proficiency in spoken and written English, will be key to your success in this role.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage and update inventory records using Google Sheets to track stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
2. Communicate effectively with our warehouse, suppliers, and vendors in English to coordinate orders and deliveries
3. Create and maintain reports and documents to assist in decision-making processes
4. Assist in the organization and execution of events and promotions by providing logistical support
5. Collaborate with team members to streamline operational processes and improve efficiency
6. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
7. Contribute to the overall success of the company by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
