Graduate Technical Officer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Research: Conduct in-depth research on various topics related to our projects and industry trends
2. Compile and analyze data to support decision-making processes
3. Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and best practices
4. Creating presentations: Develop engaging and informative presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external stakeholders
5. Scheduling and meeting management: Coordinate and schedule calls, meetings, and appointments for senior technical officer
6. Prepare agendas, minutes of meetings (MOMs), and follow-up action items
7. Ensure timely communication and coordination among cross-functional teams
8. Stakeholder management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members
9. Act as a liaison between different teams to facilitate smooth project execution
10. Address stakeholders' concerns and ensure their satisfaction with our services
11. Outreach: Reach out to new brands, leads, CEOs, and CXOs to explore partnership opportunities
12. Assist in developing strategies to expand our client base and enhance brand visibility
