Inventory Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures
2. Examine the levels of supplies and raw materials to determine shortages
3. Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory
4. Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments
5. Evaluate new inventory to ensure it s ready for shipment
6. Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems
7. Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus
8. Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals
9. Define monthly benchmark and check unnecessary use or wastage of products
10. Maintain monthly supplies at particular center
11. Update stock audit warehouse including other centers
12. Check availability/requirement of material at all centers
13. Generate PO to vendor for every center
14. Generate transfer order
15. Generate Invoice for transfer order
16. Look in for payment to the vendor; for approval, check sign on bill and prices as quoted
17. Check the weekly availability of vouchers at all centers
18. Weekly check on material consumed as per number and prepare reports for remaining physical stock
19. Take out material from warehouse, pack it & dispatch
20. Maintain warehouse register for retail products
21. Maintain voucher register for all center
22. Check and confirm the delivery of material
23. Acquire & maintain records of the materials purchased succesfully
24. Find new vendors of products/maintain vendor list (Updated)
25. Do monthly inventory audit
