Business Growth Associate Work From Home Internship

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Growth Associate.

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue
2. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization across various marketing channels, user segments, and product features
3. Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as paid advertising, email marketing, SEO, and social media to drive customer acquisition and engagement
4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to track the effectiveness of growth initiatives
5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for differentiation
6. Collaborate with the product team to prioritize and implement features that enhance user acquisition, retention, and monetization

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field
2. 1+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related roles
3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar
4. Experience with performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms
5. Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience with testing tools such as Optimizely or Google Optimize
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
7. Experience with SaaS products or technology startups is a plus
