We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller (Counselor) to join our team. The primary role of the telecaller will be to make outbound calls to prospective students and parents, provide counseling and guidance regarding admission procedures, and motivate them to enroll in our educational programs.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to introduce them to our educational programs and services
2. Provide detailed information about admission procedures, course offerings, fees, and other relevant details
3. Conduct counseling sessions over the phone to address queries and concerns of prospective students and parents

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (spoken and written)
Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or counseling roles
