Sales Operations Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee backend operations related to vouchers
2. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to voucher sales, voucher redemption, voucher income, etc.
3. Ensure end-to-end service to the client i.e. from the start of the campaign till the campaign is over
4. Coordinate with the accounts team for invoicing and sharing the same with the client
5. Ensure that all the payments from the client are on time
6. Coordinate with various internal departments for voucher related query as per the client s requirement

Requirements:

1. Minimum one/two years of experience in operations
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong process orientation
3. Excellent MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
4. Flexible in working late hours or on weekends /off days from home/office as per work demands
